Ice Damming 

What causes Ice Damming? What are the contributing conditions and construction issues (including different roof types) discussions on old Buildings vs. New buildings, preventing Ice Dams, photos, and discussion on wall construction from the inside out? We also discuss a claims scenario to outline the process, as ice damming claims can take some time to resolve due to ongoing possibility of ice dams reforming.
