We offered a new online payment for both seminars and the RIBO course.  I encourage you to visit our website to see all the updated information for your education needs. With this, we have also made and will continue making Tweets regarding upcoming seminars please follow us @IBAHamilton.

We partnered with The Insurance Institute of Ontario – Hamilton/Niagara Chapter to offer seminars for our members to attend.   However, due to the low participation, we had to cancel the following seminars.

Once again we offered the opportunity to mark CAIB exams. On March 3, 2016, we marked 70 CAIB I, 2, 3 and 4 exams. March 14, 2016, 14 exams were marked. We were again offered to Mark exams on May 19, 2016, in which this time we had over 310 exams to mark, CAIB 1, 2, 3, and 4. It took us over 4 days to mark the exams. We had a lot of late nights, and a lot of fun enjoying each others company... We had some new people come out and give it a try and we had our veterans that we can always count on. It is much appreciated to all the people who gave up their time to mark.

Once again I had the opportunity to attend our annual Christmas gathering, annual BBQ and the Annual Golf tournament.  I was able to attend the Crime Stoppers fundraiser such a good opportunity to give back to our community.  We donated this year to the Hamilton Sparta Soccer Club.   The team went undefeated in their tournament and won the Ottawa Showcase.    A great job to all the board members for all their time and effort.

We had a busy term and I look forward to another one in 2016-2017 as your Education Chair.   Please feel free to contact me, my information is below. There are a lot of broker benefits provided by your Association.   Please take advantage of them.
