We are thrilled to provide you an update on education and advise the upcoming seminars that the IBAH is offering in Hamilton.

Seminars, Credits & More

Finally the dates have been booked for the following Spring Seminars.   We have now partnered up with The Insurance Institute of Ontario – Hamilton/Niagara Chapter.

Please see the list of 2016 seminars.  Just a reminder please book early to allow us the opportunity to ensure the seminars are a go.  We do need a minimum of 15 people to run the seminars.  If you have a specific topic that you would like to see covered, please contact me at your earliest convenience. 

Upcoming Seminars

May 11, 2016 - Succeeding in Challenging Times – RIBO – Personal hours 6 hrs The session will included:  Servicing clients, Upselling; Cross-selling dealing with objections (Peter Morris)

June 1, 2016 - Staffing Your Brokerage- The Call to Action – RIBO Management 3 hrs (Cordie Taylor-Edwards)

Sept. 13, 2016 - IBAH E&O Affiliate Seminar
