Membership update for February regarding the changes IBAH is going through and how our members will benefit.
Change... it’s hard to embrace it, but once we do we wonder what took us so long. We as a board decided to change. Offer more to our members and be an affiliate that tries our best to rise above the others.
Our hard copy broker bulletin will be issued once a year and now we will be offering much, much more on our website. Our goal with this new website is to provide our visitors an easier way to learn about current events in the industry, helpful tips and also to allow the visitor the ability to conduct a more extensive view on what our associate members do. Associate members feel free to send us a blog about your business. Advertising spots will be available as well. Another perfect opportunity to network with the power of social media.
The new website is interactive and gives better access to membership forms, educational opportunities and luncheon notices. We are going to be offering visa and credit card options to make life just a little easier for all of our members.
Amongst the new features the site contains integrated social media buttons for Twitter and LinkedIn to foster improved communication with our members. We will be constantly updating our content with helpful information, articles, blogs, newsletters and announcements. Follow us on the social media sites, it will help your company be more visible in the industry. We hope you find the new website fresh and modern; we worked hard to make sure it contains valuable industry information to assist you in your daily activities.
Our membership numbers had been pretty consistent over the years. Even with brokers merging with each other and associate members adapting to their new environments. I thank you for being part of the IBAH team. On a final note, I am always available to introduce new members to our group. Spread the word to your friends within the business community and I will be happy to have a chat.
Time to kick it up a notch and reap the benefits of change.
